I'm here to present you once again the season favourites. I didn't realise I used so many products these 3 months and believe me, I tried to narrow it down to my absolute favourites and try not to repeat myself with stuff you have already seen in other favourites posts.
So here they are, all shiny and yummy.
Let's go to the specifics for each category, shall we?
LIPS
As the weather started to get cooler, I realised I had to care extra for my dry lips so I can wear all the gorgeous dark colours I had started to like. I used my all time favourites Lush Bubblegum lip scrub nightly and my Yes to carrots lip butter constantly and my lips were as kissable as they could ever be.
TBS Lipstick in shade 13: I got this in a TBS event and started using it the very next day. It's a sheer coral nude with tiny microshimmer, that isn't visible. It glides on really well and the best way I've worn it is after wearing Essence's Nude Coral lipliner as a base all over the lips. As it's sheer it stays longer that way.
MAC lipstick in Love Goddess: It's from the Marilyn Monroe collection that came up this fall. The packaging is to die for and the actual lipstick is a pink toned red, very bold and gorgeous.
Revlon Just Bitten Balm Stain in Crush Beguin: I really liked the idea of dark lips and I love the Revlon Balm Stains. They are really moisturising, smell like peppermint and have a weird tingly feel which I enjoy.
Lorac lipglosses in Pink Diamond and Rich Garnet: You may remember I had a "fall cleaning". Well, I rediscovered some gems in the process. These lipglosses came in a Christmas collection last year and I guess when I got them I hadn't paid enough attention to the product and just wanted to stare at their gorgeous packaging. These are good! They are VERY glittery and Pink Diamond (the white one) is like holographic, it transforms your lipstick you're wearing underneath. Love them!
Korres lipglosses in Cherry Red and Ruby Red: I prefer wearing them on their own because they are very pigmented, but their lasting power isn't that great. I guess all lipglosses are like that, but in general I liked them a lot.
EYES
Maybelline Fit me concealer: My stash of Collection 2000 concealers sadly, was finished and I started using this under my eyes instead. I have no imperfections except dark circles, so I don't know how it performs on pimples, but I was satisfied with its performance. It is not full coverage and gives a dewy look that my dry skin needs. Not my absolute favourite of all time, but I will definately use this up.
Avon Colortrend pencil eyeliner in midnight blue: I rediscovered my love for pencil eyeliner this fall. Even though Avon is not my first choice to them, I gave this a try and liked it. It's a very dark blue color and I mostly used it on my lower lashline for a look with more depth.
Korres Longlasting pencil eyeliner in Black: Again with the love of pencil eyeliner. Korres has done a good job on this, it kinda reminds me of my favourite Erre Due pencil liners. Really soft, but be careful if you have very oily eyelids, as this one quite smudges.
L'oreal Infallible eyeshadow in Goldmine: I had to include the eyeshadow I wore most, a gold with glitter. I am not an eyeshadow girl, I have many of them but I don't do any crazy stuff and end up using neutrals and golds. I really like the Infallibles because they are really soft.
Maybelline Collossal Volume Express Smoky eyes: I only wear volumising mascaras and I consider Maybelline one of my top brands for them. This one is supposed to be great for smoky eyes. It gives me voluminous eyelashes which build up to extreme volumes, plus it stays put all day.
Korres Black Volcanic Minerals mascara in Black: It's part of their volcanic minerals range that they recently came up with. I love the wand and I really liked the performance. I shifted this with my other two mascaras this fall and sometimes I put on a coat of the Maybelline one and then 1-2 coates of the Korres one for a more dramatic look.
Essence I <3 Extreme mascara: I went and bought another one of these because I use them up like crazy. It's super cheap, aroun 3-4 euro in Greece and does an gives great volume to the eyelashes. I would say the lengh is amazing as well. I recommend this highly to everyone. Go get one quick!
FACE
Maybelline Fit me foundation: To be honest, I really thought I wouldn't like it when I tried it the back of my hand and I would like the powder instead. I was so wrong. Turns out, I really do like it for daily use and I have been using it almost every day. It doesn't offer a lot of coverage, but as I said I have almost no imperfections, except some dry patches now and then. If you have pimples and redness, this won't cover them up. Also, it seems that this will suit combination to dry skin types more than oily because it gives a dewy finish.
L'oreal blush in Sandalwood Pink: I started using it in the daytime and I love it. It's gives a very natural pink flushy tone to my cheekbones.
Estee Lauder All over powder in 01 Shimmer: Again, this was a rediscovery on the fall cleaning(more of shopping my stuff kinda thing!). I didn't even know I had this and I think it's a quite old collection. However, it was brand new in the origina packaging, waiting for someone to open it. It has tiny shimmer, that is not very visible but gives you a more natural highlighted glow, I guess it's something like the Becca Shimmering Skin perfector in a powder form and even more natural than that.
HAIR & SKIN
TBS Body Butter in Peach Vineyard: Oh my God... This is the best scent ever. I can't even explain how heavenly this smells. Even if you don't like peaches, hell, if you don't even like fruit, you are gonna love the smell of this. Whoever named this stuff must be a genious, it's exactly how I imagine it to smell when you enter a peach vineyard. For the love of God, go to a TBS and give this a sniff. You won't regret it.
Macadamia Nourishing Leave-In cream and Healing oil spray: I have done a review of these two here so there's not much more to say really. I feel bad I haven't done a full haircare post yet, but I use so many products on my hair that would take me so long to talk about everything, that I feel I could do this only in a video. Ughh.
La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra and Hydraphase Intense Serum: When I talked about Toleriane Ultra here, I hadn't find the best serum combination to make it work in its full power yet, and after repurchasing and trying the Hydraphase Intense with it, I noticed a difference on my skin. These products are just lovely. I use them both every night and the next morning my skin is plump and very very soft.
What a ramble! I know I use a lot of stuff, but at least in my defense this is a season favourites...?
What are your fall favourites? I'd love to get some ideas!
